Our Agreement
Between Mariano Briceno Lopez ("I") and the business named on
this form ("you"). It takes effect the day you submit this form and pay your
deposit.
1. The work
You've picked the your selected package package. This list is the complete scope:

Nothing outside that list is included. Anything extra — now or later — is a
separate job we price and agree on before I build it.
2. The money
- 50% now (—) — the deposit,
paid on the next screen. It reserves your slot and starts the work.
- 50% at the end (—) — due
within 7 days of approving the finished site. I hand the site over once it's
paid.
The deposit is fully refundable until I start work. After that it isn't — it
pays for the time I've reserved for you.
3. The timeline
Your site is ready to review within 1 to 2 weeks of two
things happening: your deposit clears, and I have your content — logo, photos,
text, hours. If I'm waiting on something from you, the clock pauses. If your
build will take longer than that, I'll say so before I start.
4. Revisions and approval
The review includes two rounds of revisions — send your
changes, I make them. Further changes, and anything outside the scope in
section 1, are quoted as extra work.
The site counts as approved when you tell me it's good — or when 14 days
pass after I deliver it with no response from you. If the project sits silent
on your side for 30 days at any point, I can close it; the deposit isn't
refunded (it's been spent on the work), and picking it back up later is a new
quote.
5. After launch
For 30 days after your site goes live, fixes are free — bugs, typos, wrong
info, touch-ups within your package. Fixing my own mistakes is free forever;
that's just finishing the job. After those 30 days, edits are a flat
$30 per batch — or take the keys (section 6) and make changes
on your side.
6. You own it
Once you've paid in full, the site is 100% yours — the code,
the content, and the domain name. No monthly fee, no lock-in.
I keep hosting it at no charge so updates stay fast. Want it on your own
hosting instead? Say so — I'll migrate everything within 2 weeks and show you
how to run it. If free hosting ever has to end, you get 30 days' notice and
that same migration, free.
Third-party services run on your own accounts under their own terms —
Stripe's card fees, your domain's renewal after the first year. Those usage
costs are yours, same as any website.
7. Guarantees and limits
I guarantee the work: a working, well-built site, delivered as scoped here.
I can't promise business results — customer counts, Google rankings — no honest
designer can. If something goes wrong, the most I'm liable for is what you've
paid me for this project. I'm not responsible for content or logins you supply,
outages at third-party services, or changes anyone else makes after handover.
